Orthodontist
Dr David Stuhmcke
BSc (UQ), DMD (USyd), DClinDent (Ortho) (USyd)
Personal Experience
Dr. David is an orthodontist who values clear communication, thoughtful planning, and helping patients feel confident in their smiles. He grew up in Brisbane and completed a Bachelor of Science at the University of Queensland before moving to Sydney to study dentistry at the University of Sydney. He spent six years working in both public and private practice, which gave him broad experience and a grounded understanding of patient care. Wanting to focus on the part of dentistry he enjoyed most — problem-solving, planning, and seeing the tangible difference orthodontic treatment can make — he returned to the University of Sydney to complete specialist training in orthodontics. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his rescue greyhound, Frank, (the laziest dog in the world) and can often be found at the beach or out running.
